Lindsay Caine Health and Movement _ About Me

As a mom to 3 daughters and overall good-natured human, my goal is to live my best life possible with as much health and happiness as I can for as long as I can.  Realizing all the facets that make up health, far beyond what I put into my body—I am forever a student at learning more and evolving along the way. 

Since 2001, I’ve worked with clients to achieve good health and balance in all aspects of life whether through movement, nutrition, or both.  I have played many roles during my 20+ years in the health and fitness industry, including manager, weight loss and wellness coach, in-home trainer and Pilates Instructor.

A former dancer, I appreciate the importance of fitness and balance in mind, body and spirit.   My passion for health and movement guided me through completing the Core Center’s intense 13-month Pilates teacher training program, studying closely under Mary Brown.  In addition to being a Pilates Instructor, I am trained in barre method with CoreBarre, Level 1 Healing Touch certified, and continue in the Franklin Method with Eric Franklin.  

Already doing the work with my current clients, friends, and family—I wanted to know more and help more.  I graduated from Institute of Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach Training Program.

As your Health Coach, I provide comprehensive services to guide and help you feel the confidence and support you need to overcome your challenges and live life as your best self—long, fulfilled, strong, with ease and confidence.
